Addressing Key Challenges for EAPs

Recent changes in the workforce including remote working during the pandemic with increased stress for parents balancing work, childcare and home-based schooling are direct threats to personal well-being, health, and productivity. More employers are looking to Employee Assistance Programs (EAPs) to focus on the well-being and health of the company’s human resource workforce with services for mental health and substance use issues, as well as, any kind of life stressors and challenges to an individual or families well-being.  With this increase in utilization, comes a unique set of challenges for EAPs.
